Terms and Conditions

WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the Wine Club (“Club”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
1.1. Members must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of each pickup.
1.2. Wine Club products are for personal consumption only and may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

2. Billing & Automatic Charges
2.1. The payment method on file will be automatically charged on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month’s wine allocation.
2.2. All fees charged — including monthly subscription fees, early termination fees, or other applicable charges — are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Changes
3.1. Membership cancellations must be submitted on or before the 15th of the month in order to avoid being billed on the 25th.
3.2. Cancellations submitted after the 15th will apply to the following billing cycle and will not reverse or refund charges already processed.

4. Pickup Policy
4.1. Allocations are available for pickup beginning the first business day of the following month.
4.2. Allocations not picked up during the designated month do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward. Unclaimed allocations are forfeited without refund or replacement.
4.3. Member must present both (a) valid government ID showing age ≥21 and (b) proof of active membership at the time of pickup.

5. Membership Use & Transferability
5.1. Memberships are non-transferable and may be redeemed only by the individual enrolled.
5.2. At pickup, the person claiming the wine must match the membership record and must provide acceptable identification. No third-party pickups are permitted unless expressly pre-approved in writing.

6. Product Condition & Risk of Loss
6.1. Title and risk of loss transfer to the member at the time the product is released to the member.
6.2. The Club is not responsible for breakage, temperature damage, spoilage, or other damage once wine leaves the premises.

7. Program Changes & Disclaimers
7.1. The Club reserves the right to substitute comparable wines of equal or greater value in the event of inventory disruption.
7.2. The Club may modify pricing, benefits, schedules, or terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or posted on official channels. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
7.3. The Club may suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, resale activity, abusive conduct, or violations of these Terms & Conditions without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of membership participation or use of products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Club operates.

10. Acceptance
Enrollment in the Wine Club constitutes acknowledgement, understanding, and agreement to these Terms & Conditions in full.
